The Borough of Pine Beach Utilities Department is committed to providing safe, reliable, and high-quality water and sewer services to our residents and businesses. We strive to maintain infrastructure integrity, promote sustainability, and deliver services that meet or exceed regulatory standards.
Please note that a change to our water billing structure went into effect for the January 1, 2026 billing cycle.

Sewer is billed quarterly at a flat rate of $100.00. Payments should be made to Pine Beach Sewer.
Water is billed quarterly at a base rate of $65.00 for maintenance and distribution and a usage rate of $2.50/1,000 gallons. Payments should be made to Pine Beach Water.
Payments for both water and sewer are due as follows:
January 1
April 1
July 1
October 1
Please note that NO POST-DATED payments will be accepted. DO NOT COMBINE water and sewer payments.
There is a 10-day grace period for each quarter. To avoid interest, payment must be received by the 10th. If the last day of the grace period falls on a weekend or holiday, the grace period is extended through the next business day. All payments received after the grace period will accrue interest daily. Please check with Borough Hall for current and accurate balance due.
